Executive Talent Acquisition leader with nearly 10 years of experience hiring highly specialized engineering, distinguished technical staff, and executives in hardware, software, and robotics across the scientific and technology industries.
For the last 3 years at Meta, Becka was responsible for recruitment for senior individual contributors / distinguished engineering and engineering executive talent.
Prior to joining Meta, Becka was at Airbnb, Google X, Verily, and Gilead Sciences.

Senior Executive Talent Acquisition leader with 16+ years of experience hiring engineering, product and digital leadership talent across the technology and consumer products industries.
For the last 5+ years, Crystal has been a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Meta leading recruiting teams specializing in scaling leadership and executive hiring in Machine Learning, Generative AI and Product Engineering.
Prior to joining Meta, Crystal was at Starbucks building out their Mobile Ordering, Payments and Digital Tech Organizations across Engineering and Product/UX.
